Which courier company do you use?
Our standard shipping option is easy parcel with various local service depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
We are more than happy to offer you a refund for any defective products purchased via our online store (soapnutrepublic.com.my) within 7 days of receiving the products.
- Send an email to email@example.com or contact us via Whatsapp with your request and photos
- We will compensate/refund for the damaged product according to our assessment based on the pictures received by our customer service representative.
- We may request that you return the product to us in its unused condition, sealed original bottles together with our original packaging to our address (to be provided via email).
- Kindly notify us when the damage product was returned and provide us with a copy of the delivery documentation.
As Soapnut Republic uses natural products in its production, there will be deviation in colour, consistency and scent between batches. If, however, you think there is significant differences in the product quality that affects its usage and efficacy, do contact us and let us know.
