I never knew how much cleaning is involved until I had a baby, and especially more so now that she's mobile and eating. It sometimes feels like all Karthik and I do is clean all day, every day! Because she's always crawling and trying to eat everything, we also have to be mindful of the cleaning products we use to make sure they're not laden with chemicals, which makes cleaning a tad more difficult.
I started using @mysoapnutrepublic cos they sent me some products to try, then I got more and more of their stuff and now most of our cleaning products are from them, haha. Based in New Zealand, they are made from natural, plant-based ingredients that are gentle for skin, safe for kids, pets and the environment.
Plus they're also hypoallergenic and antibacterial so a lot of benefits in one!
My fav are their foaming hand soap which has REALLY helped with my previously chapped skin (another side effect from cleaning sooo much), their dish soap which we feel more comfortable using for her plates and utensils, and the multipurpose spray which we use to clean her chair and floor after really messy meals.
We also have their vege wash, glass cleaner, stain remover and I'm planning to get their laundry detergent and floor cleaner also. hahahha basically everything they have..
